Kelli Lynn Fowler
Kelli Lynn Fowler is an outgoing designer who wants to assist clients to make their house into their home. Her experience as a designer offers a wide range of design services - from residential to commercial remodels along with new construction. Kelli loves building relationships with clients to reach the goal of personalize their space to reflect who they are. Best of all, she loves her clients and co-workers, as they are like an extended family. Kelli is a mother of 3 boys, Brandon, Nicholas and Spencer, and is married to Barry, a 3rd generation builder.
Mark Honer
Mark Honer is our Home Improvement Specialist. Mark has been an integral part of the success of Gotcha Covered. With over 20 years of extensive knowledge in housing construction, he has demonstrated the strong ability to develop relationships with clients. His one-on-one interaction greatly benefits the client to ensure satisfaction.
In his new role, Mark will be responsible for updating homes through remodeling. His skills are fine tuned to assist clients in finding products and installation services that meet customers' needs and their lifestyle.
Bev Johnson
Bev Johnson moved to Lincoln 3-1/2 years ago after being the showroom manager for over 10 years at the Dutton-Lainson Showcase in Hastings, NE. Bev was the residential lighting buyer and residential lighting & plumbing designer along with being the showroom manager. In this capacity she worked in the Hastings-Grand Island-Kearney area with residential electricians, plumbers and retail customers to complete their building, remodeling and design projects. At Gotcha Covered, as a Sales Manager, Bev supports the showroom designers with retail customers and customers building a new home.
Bev will be one of the first people you meet after making your decision to build or buy a Fowler or First Choice Home. She will set up and lead an Orientation Meeting that will go over all aspects of the building process with a goal to make the building/buying process an enjoyable experience. She will also meet periodically with you as you make selections for your new home, keeping you updated and any extra expenditures or credits. That way, there are no surprises at closing when your house is complete.
Bev has a Bachelor of Science Degree in teaching from the Univerity of Nebraska at Kearney. She loves being a parent and grandmother and enjoys traveling, playing tennis and hiking.
As a Design Consultant my focus is to understand a clients needs & desires for their home. Utilizing a specific qualifying process, space planning skills, & 12 years of experience I bring families together building a home that functions well for their lifestyle. Degrees in Psychology and Interior Design as well as an emphasis in Kitchen and Bath allow me to weave individual family members wishes into an integral project.
Julie Lovell loves to help bring out her client's personality in their home. One of her favorite interests includes tile design. As she says, "Possibilities are endless". Julie is a native of Iowa and came to Lincoln in 1995 with her family. She and her husband Steve have 4 children, Josh, Jordyn, Zach and Eli. Julie and her family have spent years at baseball fields across Nebraska.
Nicole Nielsen has always had construction and design in her life, growing up with her dad as a builder. Nicole graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in May of 2007 with a degree in Interior design. Her passion is thinking of new design ideas that make each person's home unique and their own. Nicole believes the relationship between the client and her are very important to reach the goal of making spaces that are customized to everyday life.
Glen Hill
Glen Hill is our paint specialist with several years of experience. He developed and eye for color by learning to color matching of paint and stain by eye rather than by the computer. Glen enjoys working one on one with customers to find the perfect color or faux finish. He especially enjoys working with various faux finishing products and working up color combinations with customers. Glen has worked up sample boards to show clients and even have some jump in and try it before they go home.
