The Kitchen Cabinets …

The kitchen is nearing completion with the installation of cabinets. Most of the construction is finished. All that is left to install are the countertops, sink, and appliances; then this little kitchen will be ready for action.

The Walls Are Covered

We are on the home stretch for this construction project. You can see that the drywall has been plastered and is ready for some paint. The carpentry has been finished, including baseboards, molding, railings, and mantle. This house is ready for some paint and floor coverings.

Sheetrock Is Up

All the walls in the first story, as well as here in the second story have been covered with drywall. This marks the completion of all plumbing, electrical, structure, and HVAC.

Work Begins on the Inside

Here you can see the completed structure of this house. All the wood framing is up; the floors are solid

Roof? Check!

With the roof completed, the exterior weather sheeting on, and the windows installed, this house is ready for some interior work.

The Walls Go Up

Work continues on the framing as this house is raised to new heights with the first and second story walls; and the beginnings of a roof.

Framing Completed

This house is one step closer to becoming a home. It has all the essential elements: a floor, a roof, and walls. With the structure completed the plumbing and wiring can begin. Below you can see the living room beginning to take shape with a large window and corner fireplace.
